WO Network Round Table Luncheon

An Invite-Only Curated Gathering for Change-Making Leaders
​As leaders of one of the largest women’s business communities in Kentuckiana and active participants in the broader business ecosystem, we hold a unique vantage point. We see leaders across industries—many of whom may not yet know one another—and we believe in the power of bringing them together.

The Round Table Luncheons are intentionally designed to:

Curate diverse voices at small, invite-only tables of 6–10 women.

Spark connection among leaders who may not cross paths otherwise.

Foster deep conversation on impact-driven themes that matter to our community.
Each month features a different theme—such as civic impact, entrepreneurship, equity, hospitality, health & wellness, or the creative economy—ensuring a rich exchange of perspectives.

By hosting these intimate gatherings, our goal is to bridge communities, amplify impact, and cultivate authentic relationships that strengthen both our members and our region.
Our Intention
The Round Table Luncheons are monthly, invite-only experiences designed for Paid Poppy Members of The WO Network and other local leaders.

We curate each table to bring together diverse voices and perspectives, ensuring a meaningful exchange that sparks both connection and deeper conversations.
​
Each month, we select a unique theme and intentionally invite women whose leadership intersects with that focus.
​​Themes Might Include:

Civic Impact – with lawyers, nonprofit leaders, and healthcare innovators

Entrepreneurship & Economic Growth – amplifying small business leaders

Equity & Representation – centering diverse leadership voices

Restaurant & Hospitality – highlighting leaders shaping culture, service, and community spaces

Health & Wellness – featuring practitioners, innovators, and advocates for community wellbeing

Arts & Creative Economy – spotlighting artists, makers, and cultural entrepreneurs driving impact

When: Mid-Late Monthly on Thursday at 11:30 AM–1:00 PM TBD

Where: Private room, Louisville Thoroughbred Society, Hughes Building, 209 E Main St, Suite 200

Cost: $30 per person (includes a prefixed menu and non-alcoholic beverages)

Capacity: Limited to 6–10 women leaders

Special Venue
Our Round Table Luncheons are hosted in a private dining room at the Louisville Thoroughbred Society. As a members-only club, this is a special opportunity for our guests to not only enjoy a curated lunch but also experience the elegance of this private space.
​
Attendees are also welcome to take a tour of the club during their visit, making the luncheon both a gathering of leaders and a unique venue experience.
How to Attend:
Invitations are extended to Paid Poppy Members and local community leaders. If you are interested in joining a future luncheon, you may request to be added to the invitation list.
Each luncheon is built around a specific theme, and invitations are extended to women whose leadership connects to that month’s focus. From our interest list, we carefully review the names and look for the thread that makes sense to bring diverse leaders together for that month’s conversation. If you receive an invite but cannot attend, we completely understand.

Please note: joining the interest list does not guarantee an invitation to every luncheon. Our goal is to thoughtfully curate each table so that discussions are dynamic and leaders from different sectors—who may not otherwise meet—can connect across silos.

By doing so, we create the conditions for rich, cross-sector conversations and authentic relationship-building.
