2. A weekly newsletter goes out every Monday (or Tues) with important updates and events.  Please make sure to add email Hello@thewonetwork.com as a favorite in your email so it does not go to spam.

EVENTS

We host 3-6 events a month, between WO Network Exclusive and Collaboration events. We host both virtual and in person events.  We have a tentative calendar set for the next 6 months. 

You DO NOT have to attend all events.  We host at various time to try to accommodate many schedules.

Q "Do Events Cost Money for Paid Members?" 

A: The price varies for each event.  The event description should have details of cost.  We do have some events that are free to paid members and some that have a discount. Most of our events have no refund policy, due to high cancelation rate in this industry. We are a non profit who are conscious stewards of funds and try to keep cost manageable for all. There are many costs that impact budget  to host events (marketing, venues, food, website fees, supplies etc.)

JOIN US FOR LUNCH OR COFFEE 

A new update, as a business association, is that our month coffee and lunch meet ups will be intended for paid members. You are welcome to bring a guest. Non poppy members can attend 1-2 of these events while deciding to become a member. 

 

*Coffee and Lunch Meetings are a buy your own drink/food and we have reserved tables or private room.

You may introduce yourself and your business once a quarter 4X a year. And we encourage you to do so.

Our group is relational not transactional.  When sharing an introduction, here are best tips:

-Share a quality picture of you.  This is a professional network. 

-Start with telling us a little about you. What make you unique, what are you passionate about, and why you do what you do.  Then share about your business.  

-Our members love supporting on another, please share who you want to connect with, collaborate with, or who is a good client or referral for you. 

-Welcome to include contact information.

Promotional Posts:

-Paid Members can post a promotional post 1X a week on the main wall of the FB Group. 

 

-Promotional posts are anything about your business or something you are involved in.

Non Promotional Posts: 

-Paid Members may also create non-promotional posts.  These posts need to add value to the group and not be self centric. No limit, but just be mindful.

-Re-sharing information about a free community event that is free for business like, SBA, WBC, Educational events that support our ecosystem.

-Value Add posts: Sharing Educational Posts (that do not sell your business, but can showcase your expertise).  

-Motivational Posts: Sharing a quote or sharing a meeting you had with another poppy member. Amplifying the collaboration or connection.

-You may post on that specific themed thread on any day, but must be on that thread.  Ex. You want to share about a job opening, but it's not Monday.  You can find the job posting Monday thread and post it even if its not Monday.

How do I update my credit card information?

To update the credit card you use for your WO Network Poppy Membership:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log In to Your WO Network Account
    Go to our website and click “Log In” at the top right corner.

  2. Go to “My Subscriptions” or “My Account”
    Once logged in, click your profile icon (top right), then select “My Subscriptions” or “My Account.”

  3. Locate Your Active Subscription
    You’ll see your active membership plan listed here. Click on it to open the subscription details.

  4. Click “Update Payment Method”
    In the subscription details, look for the “Payment Method” section and click “Update” or “Edit Payment.”

  5. Enter Your New Credit Card Information
    Add your updated credit card details and save changes.

  6. Confirm the Update
    You’ll get a confirmation once your payment method is successfully updated.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re sorry to see you go—but here’s how to cancel your WO Network Poppy Membership if you need to:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log In to Your WO Network Account
    Visit our website and click “Log In” at the top right corner.

  2. Go to “My Subscriptions” or “My Account”
    After logging in, click your profile icon and select “My Subscriptions” or “My Account.”

  3. Find Your Active Membership Plan
    Locate your current Poppy Membership and click to view the details.

  4. Click “Cancel Plan” or “Cancel Subscription”
    Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

⚠️ Important Note About Your Membership Benefits & Rate

By canceling, you will:

  • Lose access to members-only content, events, and promotional features.

  • Forfeit your locked-in discounted rate.
    Our Poppy Membership discounts are honored only for consecutive, uninterrupted memberships.
    If you return later, you’ll rejoin at the current rate available at that time.

How do I log in to access the members-only videos?

Our training videos and exclusive content are available to current Poppy Members only.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to Our Website

  2. Click “Log In”
    You’ll find the “Log In” button at the top right corner of the homepage.

  3. Enter Your Email and Password
    Use the login credentials you used when signing up for your membership. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.

  4. Navigate to the Members Area
    Once logged in, click your profile icon and select “My Account” or go to the Members-Only section (you can also bookmark this section directly).

  5. Access Training Videos
    Look for the “Training Library,” “Video Vault,” or similar section depending on how your member area is labeled. Click any video to begin watching.

  • If you just signed up, it may take a few minutes for your access to activate

I'm not receiving member emails. How can I fix that?

If you’re missing important updates or event reminders, here are a few quick steps to help troubleshoot:

  1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder
    Sometimes our emails get filtered—search for “WO Network” "wix" Hello@thenetwork.com or check your spam, junk, or promotions tab.

  2. Add Us to Your Safe Sender List
    Add hello@thewonetwork.com to your email contacts to prevent emails from being flagged.

  3. Make Sure You're Subscribed
    Log into your account and check your email preferences under “My Account” to ensure you're opted in to receive emails.

  4. Check That You Used the Correct Email Address
    Double-check that your account is connected to the email inbox you're checking. (Some members accidentally sign up with a different email.)

  5. Whitelist Our Domain (Advanced Option)
    If you're still not receiving anything, consider whitelisting our email domain in your email settings (especially for Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.).

How do I change the email address on my account?

f you need to update the email address linked to your WO Network membership, follow the steps below:

Option 1: Change It Yourself

  1. Log In to Your Account
    Go to www.thewonetwork.com and click “Log In” at the top right.

  2. Access “My Account”
    Click your profile icon and choose “My Account” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Edit Your Email
    In the account details section, locate your current email address and click “Edit” or “Update.” Enter your new email address and save changes.

  4. Check Your Inbox
    You may receive a confirmation email to verify the new address.

Option 2: Contact Us for Help (after you tired op 1)

If you can’t update it yourself or you no longer have access to the old email, just reach out!
Email us at [insert support email here] with:

  • Your full name

  • Old email address

  • New email address you'd like on file

We’ll verify your account and update it manually.
